Any customer found to be using Sendizo for spam will be immediately cut-off from use of the product. If you know of or suspect any violators, please notify us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Spam is unsolicited email also known as UCE (Unsolicited Commercial Email). By sending emails to only to those who have requested to receive it, you are following accepted permission-based email guidelines.
#1. Send emails to people who have not requested that information from you.
#2. Sending to harvest emails, purchase lists.
#3. Have a subscription form that subscribes users to an unrelated list.
#4. Send out unrelated offers or unrelated content to your newsletter list.
#5. Add an email address to a list without the subscriber’s permission.
#6. Email someone who has requested to be removed from your list.
#7. Use spammy from names, subject lines and sending irrelevant contains.
#8. Email's body or subject line contain false or misleading information.
#9. Sending to old lists or lists that contain a lot of unverified/unknown users.
#10. Batch or in any way try to script the addition of new subscribers to the web form subscribe methods.
#1. Review the content of the message (From Name, From Email, Subject, Body).
#2. Review your subscriber list for patterns common to harvested/old/purchased lists.
#3. Review the campaign reports (Click,Open,Bounce,Abuse Ratio).
#4. Review the account history.
Unsubscribe - Every email generated from Sendizo contains an unsubscribe link which allows your subscribers to opt-out of future email campaigns and automatically updates your subscriber lists to avoid the chance of sending unwanted emails to visitors who have unsubscribed.
Identification - Your email header information is correct because it is pre-set for you by Sendizo. Your email campaign's "From" address is verified and already accurately identifies you as the sender.
Contact Information - all of your emails are pre-filled with your contact information including your physical address.
