Account Questions


How do I update my account details?

Answer

You can update your account details, Name, Email, Password and company address by clicking on your name at the top left corner on every page or click here, do the nessecary changes and click "Sace changes"

How do I update the email list physical address?

Answer

The email list physical address is the the address that will be used on the email footer sent to that list, To update it, Click List>Lists, On the right side menu. Choose the list you wish to update the address, click on "update", Scroll down to the bottom, Update you list address, click on "Sace changes". Watch this tutorial video.

What payment method can i pay with ?

We currently support PayPal you can pay using Credit Card through PayPal. Other methods will be added soon.

How do I cancel my account?

We're so sad to see you go. if there's anything we can do to stay, please let us know!
you can requrest cancellation request at anytime, my contacting us. You're account will downgraded to the Free Plan by the end of the billing cycle. you're account won't be charged in the future.

Lists Questions


How many lists can I have ?

Answer

Your account can host as many lists as you need. if you sign up for Free Plan. your account can have unlimited lists but no more than 1000 subscribers.

How do I create a list ?

To create a new email list. Click on Lists>Lists from the right side menu. Then create a new list. There are many options you can choose, whether the list will be Double opt-in or Single opt-in, choose to send welcome emails, choose if you want to receive notification emails upon new subscription/unsubscription. watch video tutorial.

How do i create new a subscriber?

To create a new subscriber on a specific list. Click on Lists>Lists from the right side menu. choose the list you wish to create new subscribers on it. Click on "Subscribers" then click on "Create New". Watch this tutorial video.

NOTE: You can only add subscribers who have given you their permission to add them to your list and accept to receive communications emails from you. For security reasons the number of subscribers that can be added from your dashboard is limited per lists.

How do i import my subscribers ?

If you already have built your lists on other software, you can import it to Sendizo, You will need to send us a List Import Request, The list will be verified by our team, Once they approve it you will be able to send emails campaigns/autoresponders/follow up messages to it.

Campaigns Questions


How many campaigns I can send ?

you can send unlimited campaigns/emails to your list , so if your plan is 10K contacts than you are able to send unlimited emails to your 10K contacts

How do I create a campaign ?

What type of campaign I can send?

You can send:
- Regular Campaign: You can choose to send them immediately or schedule them on a specific time.
- Autoresponders Campaign: You can choose what will trigger the autoresponder to send. whether its new subscribers added to a list or a subscriber opened a campaign.
- Follow-up campaigns: Choose to send automated follow-up messages to subscribers who have opened (Or not opened) a specific campaign.
